               Our body is the most beautiful gift of nature to us. Scholars have said that 'Pahla Sukh Nirogi Kaya' that means healthy body is the main cause of happiness towards mankind. Strong heart and strong brain can reside only in a healthy body . If our body feels any pain or found any obstacle or affected by any disease, it directly affects our brain which starts thinking about that problem . There are lot of things that come before our body . But to  achieve all those things and to move in that direction, it is very much essential that our body remains absolute healthy . Diseases are biggest enemy of the mankind and any person who is not conscious for his health, may not achieve his goals. Author of this book has great aspiration to spread happiness and wellness in the society with the help of ancient  therapies. His message is very simple, that everyone should try to treat himself, by practising these therapies. Author has done very deep study of mind and body of the mankind and presented his vast experience in a great manner in this book. I sincerely hope that this book will enlighten the life of many people and will also guide them to move on the correct path to remain healthy. Nature has  provided all type of energy to the mankind and with the help of this any person can achieve whatever he want to achieve in the life. A person can become Lord Mahavir, Lord Rama or Lord Krishna, if he wishes so! He also can become mighty Hanuman, if he wishes so! Any person can rewrite his destiny, by adopting correct methods and proper deeds. He can achieve success in his life and also can become a great person according to hi wishes. Every person tries to keep his house beautiful, strong, secure, attractive and pure. Similarly it is also essential to keep your body strong, attractive and pure, as it is the place where your soul reside and every person should know about thisany precious and invaluable methods were invented by the Yogis, Maharishis and ourancestors for the welfare of mankind. Yoga is also one of the method. "Patanjali Yoga Sutra" is the most famous and well renowned book on Yoga. In this book, it has been described that the real meaning of yogas is to refrain ourselves from certain wrong habits and thoughts and adopt correct habits & pure thoughts. It is being presumed that the meaning of yoga is to do only Asana, which has total eight parts i.e. Yam, Niyam, Asana, Pranayam, Pratyahaar, Dharna, Dhyan and Samadhi. Out of these first five part i.e. Yam, Niyam Asana , Pranayam and Pratyahaar are being  called as Bahiranga yoga and next  three  part i.e. Dharna , Dhyan and Samadhi are Being called as Antaranga yoga. Generally it is being felt that Yogic life is for Saints, Mahatmas, Rishis, Maharishis and Brahmcharis  who have renounced the world and they only can follow yogic Life. It is absolutely wrong and miss-conceptual thinking. Any person can practise and follow principal of yoga and make his life Happy and joyful.
                 Author of this book, Preksha Prashikshak Shri Parasmal Dugad is an expert in his fields  with great treasure of rich experience. The Science of mudra is being considered as a very important part of Yoga. Author has written this book on the same subject. I have tried my best to carry out editing of this book with best possible manners. This Book also contains valuable information about ideal  diet, healthy ways of life, Colour  therapy, Mantra therapy etc. It has also explained about various Finger Mudras in this book, in detail.                                                              Introduction

                                                                        ( PREFACE )
          It is a well known fact that in the present atmosphere various diseases are increasing and spreading  in the society at an alarming rate and every family is getting affected with it in some way or other way. This rate at which the diseases are spreading are much faster than the inventions to cure 
these diseases, as all inventions take own time. Rapidly this gap is increasing and it seems that this 
situation in going out of hand. In this situation there is no other way left for the mankind then to look for natural and ancient remedies to get rid of these ever increasing diseases. This situation has helped
in spreading awareness of benefits of natural and ancient therapies in the society.
    Everybody in the world is governed by the nature's rule, be it animal or human being. Since we are 
governed by nature, so the more we are close to it, the more protected and healthy we will be.  
     There are some myths in the society that if any disease becomes chronic or acute can't be cured. Infact all such chronic disease can be cured by the natural and ancient therapies.
     We know that nothing can remain permanent.We can take a very simple example from our day to day life. If there is any stain on our shirt and it may look as if it is never going to be cleaned but when we wash it with care, it gets cleaned. Similarly every disease is curable through natural and ancient therapies and the best part of this treatment is that one has to hardly spend any money for it.
      People specially middle and lower class, keep postponing taking medical treatment for illness, just because it is impossible for them to get proper medical aid with limited source of income, which
forces them to keep suffering and make them frustrated in their life. In this situation, Preksha Dhyan,The science of mudras and other ancient therapies can play very important role by providing cure to such diseases and help people to live a healthy life.
       Through science has progressed a lot, still they can't find permanent solution for curing diseases. People consume medicine every day but still they are not satisfied because of the side effects of these  medicines and they also find that there is no permanent solution of their disease.
       In modern era people are more prone to  Asthma, Low Blood Pressure, High Blood Pressure, Heart diseases, Diabetes, Constipation, etc. Such diseases mainly spread due to atmospheric pollution, irregular living pattern and improper food habits. This adversely affected person's working capacity on one side and forces them to depend on costly medical-aid on other side .
      It is possible to control spreading of such chronic diseases by adopting changes in their daily food habits.These diseases can also be fully cured in long term. By way of adopting Preksha Dhyan, The science of mudras, Pranayam and regular walking people can cure all such diseases. 
       Today, we have achieved great success in various fields like Atomic Energy, Medical Science, Tele communication, Traveling, Internet and Infrastructure, etc. What was impossible some years ago has become reality now only because of tremendous efforts done by our scientists. There is tremendous improvement in day to day life pattern of people with the help of continuous upgradation in the technology. Science has done immense help to mankind with regular research and inventions.
     In spite of all these comfort and improvement in our life, there is still stress visible on the youth's face in society, why? Their shrunk shoulders,sinking chest, and bloated stomach have become their permanent posture,why? In the present situation they can't sleep without medicine, can't relieve themselves without medicine. Daily dosages of tonic has become necessity for them to keep fit for daily activities, why? We need to understand this. 
This so-called modern and improvement pattern of life has raised many serious health problems in the society and is difficult to escape this situation. Modern medical science is providing only temporary relief from these ailments, but it could not find success in removing these ailments by roots. This is the reason that with the passage of time,diseases are becoming acute and incurable.
      Now the question is-Who is healthy
Healthy is one who feels hungry on time, gets sleep on time, works in the time span, remains happy every time,who doesn't have any physical disease, who mentally stable and have control over his anger, anxiety & aggression.
   We have to understand that no disease takes place in a single day. Disease is a gradual growth in our body caused due to sure negligence and so called busy lifestyle. Initially disease show certain symptoms, and give us warning singles but in spite of that we don't get alert and ignore all these signals. We get alert only after diseases convert into serious problem like High Blood pressure, Low blood pressure, Diabetes, Cancer, Ulcer, Acidity and migraine , etc . If we get alert and take proper action at the initial stages we may not suffer. Human body has unique immune system and it works regularly to maintain balance of our body. It also gives signal for any abnormality in the body but people don't understands this body language.
      Human body has ample resources like strong willpower, Self confidence, Self Dependence, Continuous thinking process and these always works for the welfare of any individual. We also know that happiness doesn't come from outside but it is in our mind. We can remain happy if we want to remain happy. If we follow nature's rule, we don't get into any trouble but when we don't follow nature's rule, we can't escape with these trouble. Nature's rule is implied equally on every one whether he is rich or poor, educated or uneducated, bid or small. It is a bitter fact that with the increase in our comfort we ignore the health issue very easily. Health is not a product which can be purchased or sold in the market. It is a fact that we have real power within our body to remain healthy but we need to explore it. Someone has rightly quoted that"True Healthy Power is in our body" means we all have power in our body to remain healthy.
         Human body is created by the combination of five elements i.e. Earth,Water,Fire,Air and space(Prithvi,Jal,Agni,Vayu and Akash).  Mudra Therapy  is like nature's sister and this can be understood easily with following  example. Nature has created Sun,Moon,Earth,Sky,Air,Water,Sand, Trees and various types of animals and birds. All these are keeping balance of the atmosphere in the world. Whenever any element becomes extra, It creates imbalance in the world. Problems like draught,Flood,Storm,Fire,Heat wave, Earthquake etc. Happen only because of imbalance created by any one element in the world. Similarly our health also affected adversely, mainly due to imbalance of any element in  our body.   It is a fact that when we are attached with Sand,Water,Air,Fire and space we can keep our self healthy. The problem created by the imbalance of these elements in our body can be cured by taking medicines,adopting Preksha Dhyan and practising the science of mudras.
       Under The science of mudras we can practise various types of Mudras of finger to regain balance of our body. Related pictures are being provided in this to explain the science of mudras for better  practise.
        The science of mudras is a supportive part of Preksha Dhyan. Mudras have immense important in Preksha Dhyan. There are eight main part of Preksha Dhyan - Kayotsarg, Antaryatra , Shewas Preksha, Sharir Preksha , Chaitanya Kendra Preksha, Lekshya Dhyan, Anupreksha and Bhavana.  There are four supportive part of preksha dhyan - Asana, Pranayam, Dhvani and Mudra. Main objective of Preksha Dhyan is keep human body fit and healthy and these supportive parts play very important role to keep human body healthy. The Science of Mudras is being considered very integral and important part of yoga. The science of Mudras has been invented after very deep study by Yogis and Maharishis. Acharya Keshavdev is and expert of the science of mudras and has invented various Mudras to help human body after thorough study and research.
 

                                                        WHAT IS MUDRA ?

                                     When we listen about mudra word, we normally think about currency.In the ancient time,when coin  were invented for the purpose of exchange, they were called Mudras.
    In the Indian tradition every word has its meaning and description about its soul. Although a word  
is only a direction, but it also explains very close meaning of it. In the sadhana therapy, Mudra word is being used for some specific posture or position. Every expression and position of our body is also called Mudra. Different positions of our body gives us hint to understand different feeling. It is our shortcoming that we can't understand all the feelings. That's why,the distinct shape that appears on our body are normally being called Mudras. In fact the internal feeling in our body, itself leads to different and distinct posture of our body. "Yatha Brahmande Tatha Pinde" it means what is present in the universe is also present our body. The meaning of Pind is that our body is created by five elements. Reading and hearing about this is a bit surprising. Every person is attracted to the beautiful things.  But the question arises why? Why do we like to see beautiful things and beautiful faces? Why do we want to attain them? Because we also have abundant beauty inside our body and if we are unable to see beautiful   things, we feel a kind of incompleteness, a kind of thirstiness and a sense of loneliness. This is the reason we are constantly attracted to the outside beauty. It is really unfortunate that we are unable to see our inner beauty and we research for it outside.

                                         Saint Kabirdasji has quoted:

1. "Sadho Hari bin jag Andhiyaara, Ya Ghat Bheetar Sona Chandi,Ya Hi Me Laagat Bazaara."
2. "Ya Ghat Bheetar Heera Moti, Ya Hi Me Parkhan Hara,
      Ya Ghat Bheetar Kashi Mathura, Ya Hi Me Gadh Girnara."   
1. "Ya Ghat Bheetar  Ram Biraje, Ya Hi Me Thakur Dwara,
      Ya Ghat Bhitar Teen Lok Hain, Ya Hi Me sirjan Hara."
2. "Kahe Kabir Sun Bhai Santo, Ise Me Sai Hamaara"
     It means we are unable to discover our inner happiness that we are searching in the outside world. That's why instead of remaining happy in our life, we are lost in the deep darkness. Our inner feelings itself leads to various postures in our body. Inner and outer part of our body is so well connected with each other   that every action which takes place outside has a direct impact on the inner side and similarly every feeling that is inside results to develop a posture outside. Whatever we feel inside, It immediately affects our body and vice-versa. Whatever we feel in our body, affects our inner thoughts and behavior. This is the reason there is a change in our posture every second. This change takes place so quickly that it cannot be captured even by fast rolling movie camera. It can capture only when this change converts into still posture. 
 
          Posture with full of expression of body is called Mudra. It has already been explained that there is a deep relation between mudras and feeling. To avoid further explanation of this topic, I would like to say in short that mudras is directly created as per our feeling. Similarly whatever posture we adopt it directly reflects our feeling. Every person's nature depends on how he thinks inside. Similarly every person's nature reflects his behavior directly. A person is bound to get similar behavior from the other person as he behaves with him.This is the reason, why we should adopt right posture in our daily life, as this will results in the balancing of the expression and the feeling. Right posture help to increase alertness and person remains healthy. It also helps in development of intelligence and good feeling. We should not adopt wrong postures as it result in development of bad expressions, which in turn creates bad feeling. Wrong posture increase laziness in the mankind, person tend to become unhealthy. It adversely affects his intelligence and also develops bad nature.
    In this book of ' The Science Of Mudras ' the posture of mudras are dipicted clearly and also talks about the after effect after one practises themm regularly.

                                Let us experience  some of the Mudras 

         First Mudra : Sit in a comfortable posture. Fold your hands with your fist closed and press them under your armpits. Experience the feeling for one minute.
         Second Mudra : Join both hands and place them on the Anand Kendra ( i.e. center of your chest near the heart ). Hold for one minute in this Mudra. Now note the change of feeling that occur due to this mudra.
        Third Mudra : After practising the 2nd Mudra open both the hands slowly and move them straight towards the shoulders.Touch your thumbs to the shoulders and keep your hands straight and open. Hold for one minute in this Mudra.
        Fourth Mudra : Make a fist of your right hand and take it upward. After that make a posture of attacking someone. Hold for one minute in this Mudra. Now note the change of feeling that occur due to this mudra.
     While doing these four mudras you must have felt that every mudra brings a change of feeling within us. When we do the 1st Mudra, we get the felling of pride. When we do the 2nd Mudra, we get the feeling of politeness. When we do the 3rd Mudra, we get the feeling of fearlessness. When we do the 4th Mudra, we get the feeling of cruelty.
     There are many Mudras that we experience in our daily life. Although we have not learnt about those mudras in school or college, but we can still make out that how someone is feeling in the  particular Mudras, just by looking at them. 
       
                                                            For Example:

       Posture of Tension : If a person sits with his hand on his head, or he pulls his hair or he sleeps on his stomach, then we can easily make out that said person is in tension.
       Posture of Happiness : When a person is happy, his heart felt like a lotus and his eyes gives feeling of happiness. On just looking such person we can easily make out that said person is very happy. With these examples you must have understood that by adopting good mudras / postures we can certainly develop a good personality. Wrong posture can never help in developing a good personality. The biggest reason for sadness in the person is the negative thinking or negative attitude.
A person with a positive attitude can never feel sadness. If we keep positive attitude, follow right posture and perform our work with proper concentration we can make progress in every field by remaining physically, mentally and emotionally healthy. We will get success in everything we do and we will be overflowing by the felling of Satyam, Shivam and Sundaram.

         Nowaday's various types of therapies are available for treatment. While in certain therapies we have to take medicines but there are various other therapies available where people get cured without medicine.

        Allopathy is most popular therapy which uses medicine to cure various diseases. After that ayurvedic and other therapies are known. Now we are giving some information of these therapies.
        Allopathy: With this fast moving pace of life everyone is so busy that he doesn't have the time to think about himself . Everyone wants quick remedy for any disease. If a person falls sick, he expects that doctor to cure him immediately even by giving high dose like capsules or injections. That's the reason why every person prefers to go for Allopathy. But mankind forgets this fact that modern therapies can provide only temporary relief from their diseases and this may lead to reoccurance of said disease in a bigger from. Here we would like to give some information about human body with certain scientific facts.
     Scientific information : Our body is formed by 609 billion cells. These cells are the smallest creative and active unit of the body. One Uttak is formed by joining many cells. By joining many uttaks one organs is get formed. Many organs jointly create a system.
 Every system, which is formed by a group of organs, is having an important role in the body. For example- The function of the respiratory system is to take in oxygen and throw out carbon dioxide from the blood. Similarly every system has different functions. If all these system functions properly, a person can remain healthy. But even if one system doesn't function  properly, person can fall ill. This condition can be treated by medicine or other therapies.

                        Now we will discuss about Ayurvedic Therapy  

Ayurvedic : There are three principles of the human body namely Vaat,Pitta and Kapha. These are made up by combination of five elements.They are all mixed with each other and are influenced by the outside environment. these principles and fire jointly control the life of mankind.According to Ayurveda,these three principles are very important. These are not harmful by themselves.But by any reason if they become unbalanced, then it may causes various type of illness. In these principles there are various type of elements that are present. They are :
   Vaat : Air and Space element are present.
  Pitta : Fire and Water element are present.
 Kapha: Earth and Water element are present.
  We all love ourselves and also take care of ourselves. It is necessary for us to know one thing that like our five fingers, even though they stay together,but are not similar to each other. Similarly all human brings are not the same. From looks,structure,nature,inner, requirement of our body, everyone is different from other person. Hence unless we don't know the requirement of our body we will not be able to take care of it. That is why it is very important for everyone to understand our own body.
Keeping this in mind, efforts have been made to provide as much information as possible through this book.      

                                                 What is Principles/Dosh?  

 Our body is like an Engine. Just like an engine requires power to work, our body also functions by these three Principles/Dosh ( Vaat Dosh,Pitta Dosh and Kapha Dosh). A proper balance in between these Principles is vital for good health of human body. Wrong eating habits and wrong living habits can cause dis-balance in these principles which makes us prone to the diseases. We are explaining the basic functions of these principles now. 
 1. Vaat Dosh :  This dosh plays role of activity, movement  and power in  the body and also manages the overall functions of body. This principles plays vital role in controlling the communication function in the body which cover important sensory gland and brain. This principles helps us to recall our experience from memory. This principles also helps us to develop correct voice and provide base for laughter and happiness. With the helps of this principle our mind gives direction to our body. We can understand this easily that if our fingers are working, It means power of vaat dosh is working.

                                  There are five types of vaat dosh 

1)Pran  : This is related to chest and breathing activity.
2)Vyaan : This is related with the activities of our heart.
3)Udaan : This is related with food pipe and it controls vomiting and other problems related to food                     pipe.
4)Samaan : This is related to intestine and it controls digestive system. 
5)Apaan   : This is related to kidney and urinary bladder. It controls cleansing of bowels,discharge of                     superms and controlling of pregnancy.
      With the dis-balancing of Vaat dosh we can get affected by various vaat related diseases like Knee Pain, Joint Pain, Stomach ache, Paralysis & stiffness of tongue etc. Symptoms of various diseases automatically developed in human body with the ageing and change of seasons. Affected person can't sleep well many times due to indigestion and gastric problems.               
2. Pitta Dosh :  This dosh is hot by nature and is the main source of energy in the body. This principle plays vital role in doing necessary changes in the body. The principle works to provide enzymes to the body,  which is essential for digestion, gives red color to the blood, provide energy to the heart and vision in the eyes, etc. Person affected with this principle is generally  a good decision maker and also have ability to make quick decision.Person also able to control mental feelings like anger, fear and jolly by nature. This also helps in sharpening the brain. It gives feeling of hunger and thirst. It provides glow to the skin. It also helps maintain body temperature. With the dis-balancing of this Dosh a person can get headache, vomiting sensation, diarrhea and other skin related ailments. This principle can adversely get affected it we consume spicy, oily or bitter food, if we remain awake till late night, if we take stress or tension and it leads to various kind of diseases. 
3. Kapha : Main work of this Dosh is to bring liquidity and softness in the body. This provides                              lubrication to all the parts of our body. This also provides smoothness and strength to the body. Since this dosh is very close to the Uttaks it is bring considered very important for our body. Kapha dosh is opponent of pitta dosh as by nature it is different. Whenever Pitta excite kapha makes it relax.Kapha has main properties of performance. Person with kapha dosh normally has patience. This makes the food pipe smooth. It helps in formation of smallest cell in the body as well as helps formation of bigger bones in the body. This provides mental energy to us. It also helps to increase immune power in body. This also provides sexual power in every male and female.Since Kapha is created by earth element(Prithvi) and water Element(Jal), that's why this is heavy, still and soft by nature. Kapha Dosh gets unbalanced when people consume more sweet,sour and namkeen food products. They get affected by cough,fever,body-ache etc. This is also make person obsessed,content and lazy.
  According to ayurveda all these three principles are very important to our body. Vaat is like stick in the old age, Pitta is like youthful energy and kapha provides strength to our body.

There are various types of therapies available where we don't need to take medicine. By adopting these therapies we can remain healthy and also can cure many diseases. We have mentioned apporximatly 34 types of therapies earlier. Now we will explain about Preksha Dhyan Therapy in short and than explain about The science of Mudras and Colour therapy in detail. 

                                         Preksha Dhyan Therapy 

Introduction : Preksha Dhyan therapy is a high level meditation therapy. Acharya  Mahapragyaji is the founder of this therapy. By now thousand of people are benefited by adopting this therapy.
Importance : This therapy is very useful for everybody i.e. adult or young, child or youth,matured or aged, student or teacher, worker or manager, Housewife or businessman, administrator or politician, Patient or doctor, engineer or scientist, prisoner or policeman. Everyone needs happy and healthy life and to get this it is necessary to have alertness, concentration and peace. By adopting Preksha Dhyan we can achieve these benefits.
 Beauty of this therapy is that it is very simple, easy and scientific. It has proven by many experiments and scientific ways that Preksha Dhyan has brought surprising changes, not only on the physical level but also on the mental and emotional on following levels, which in result can transform his life.
Mental Level : It helps in increasing concentration, mental balance, memory, decision making power and develops patience, thinking capacity and improves creativity.
Emotional Level : It helps in change of internal feeling and habits, change in mindset and emotions and also helps in decreasing anger and proudness.

There are eight main parts of Preksha Dhayn Therapy i.e Kayotsarg ,    Antaryatra, Shwas Preksha, Sharir Preksha, Chaitanya Kendra Preksha, Leksha Dhyan, Anupreksha    Bhavna along with these it also includes combination of Asana, Pranayam, Dhwani and Mudra            which act as supplementary elements of Preksha Dhyan Therapy. These supplementary elements        were experimented on my people at Preksha Dhyan Yoga Sadhana Kendra. These experiments            thousand of people and also help them to become healthier. They also get rid of many diseases.
  If one can get every individual can surely get benefited by regular practises of various other parts of    Presksha Dhyan. It can help an individual to acheive complete self development and help him to          move on the path pf self enlightenment through which he can achieve salvation.

                                       The Science of Mudras Therapy 

 Information about the five elements : Our body is a combination of five elements. These five elements are know aaasa Space,Air,Fire,Water and Earth.Saint Tulsidasji has also said that-'Kshiti Jal Pavak Gagan Samira, Panch Rachit yah Udhyam Sharira'.
 This whole universe has been created with the combination of these five elements only. human body, which represents universe,also formed with the combination of these five elements.
  These five elements are present in every part of human body. These elements are distributed in different parts of our body. Every part of our body performs their specific function according to the proportion of these elements . These elements helps persons to function naturally as well accordingly to their wishes. In our body different organs formed according to these five elements and accordingly different functions take place. Any imbalance in proportion of these five elements can cause various diseases in the body and similarly proper balance of these elements can provide good health to any person. Now let us understand about the functions of these five elements.

                                                           Sky-Aakash 
We can see sky as a covering over the entire universe. Non-resistance is the main property of the sky. it is empty and it gives space to everything. Similarly wherever there is space in our body those parts are related to sky element. If we want to search sky element in anything in our surrounding then we can see it in the form of space covered by particular thing. Whatever space is occupied by any article, it would be the sky element of that particular article. For example, if there is an empty drum lying in front of us, we can observe that whatever space is occupied by a person or his body, it would be his Sky Element. Similarly the applies for every house, state or country and their sky element would be equivalent to the space occupied by them. In other words, border of these place is the limit of their sky. Human body is covered by the skin is the sky element of human body. If we examine our skin by a microscope then we can find that our skin has millions of holes in it. Hence in the form of these holes we can identify the sky elements in our body. Similarly all other important organs of our body have their own Sky elements.
  People who have excess sky elements in their body, has very sensitive hearing organs. Those people are very good listeners and they usually listens everything very carefully.
Function : Sky elements gives space to other four elements. In our body whatever we take through our five senses ( Eyes,Nose,Ears,Tongue,Touch ) and whatever reaction take place due to such intake like Anger,Attraction,Greed ,Sex, Shyness, Loneliness,Sadness, Tension etc all these are related with sky elements.
Sources of sky element : We can fulfill the need of the sky element in our body by looking at the sky, by sitting or sleeping under the sky , By standing, walking or roaming under sky or by adopting fast.
                                                                                                                              
                                                         Air -Vayu
Constant movement is the unique specialty of the Universe. It is being said that meaning of life is to keep moving. This constant movement or continuous activity is the proof of existence of Air element. The vibration in the human body is only due to air element and this is the proof of existence of life in the body.From conceiving to the birth of a child, every such creation can happen only due to the Air element. Every type of activity either physical or mental is possible only due to air element. Air element can make different effect in different conditions.On one side, air is constructive by providing life to universe and on the other side it can be destructive by way of storm, cyclone, earthquake etc. inhaling and exhaling air is the means of life in our body. Continuous heart beats in our body and movement of our nerves with constant speed is possible only due to air.
Function: Air is the basis of the mobility and liveliness of the the entire universe. Main function of air is to shape, to throw, to spread, to move, to speak, to think, to touch and to learn, etc.
Place of Air in our body:  Air is lighter then the fire hence its presence is more on upper part of our body. It is comparatively more present from heart to the throat region in our body.
Person who have excess air elements in their body, are very sensitive to the sense of touch. Any deficiency of air element in the body can affect movement, Respiration, Blood pressure, Hormones and also can adversely affected the active organs like lungs, heart and kidney, etc.Person also can feel shivering in the body. Person also can develop feeling of fear and anxiety. Due to imbalance of air element person can also get affected by Arthritis.
Source of Air element : We can fulfil the need of air element in our body by adopting proper breathing practice, by taking deep and long breathing and more by doing regular pranayam.
                                                       Fire - Agni 
We all have seen that many objects on the earth convert itself from one from to another form. Example, when water comes in contacts with fire it converts into steam. Similarly when ice comes in contact with fire it converts into water. All these transformation is possible only with presence of fire element in the universe. Energy object has either of three forms i.e solid, liquid or gaseous and they interchange from one form to another only due to fire element. Fire element is also present in human body in different forms. Whenever we take food, it converts into necessary element after specific time and it is possible only because of the presence of fire element in the body. There is constant temperature maintained in our body and it is also proof of presence of fire element in our body. The glow and shine on our face and body is also proof of presence of fire element in our body. We all know that main property of fire is burning and igniting. These properties of fire element are the main reason of detoxification process in our body. This is the reason that every object and thing transformed into useful or desired form. This is also a fact that gold can become pure only after getting proper heat. This also proves importance of fire element.
   Place of Fire in our Body : Fire is lighter then the water hence its nature is to rise higher. It is comparatively more present from naval to the heart region in our body. Our Naval region is influenced by the water and fire element. Fire element is related to our eyesight. People with more fire element have sharp and better vision. Due incase of to excess of fire element in our body we can effected suffer from with fever, burning sensation in the body, higher acidity, increase of hunger & thirst, and increase of anger and lust.
 Function : Fire element is the reason of sleep, hunger, Thirst, laziness, glow on the body, anger, digestive juice, body temperature etc. Any imbalance in fire element leads to lack of hunger, lack of thirst, irritation in the nature, reduction in energy, weakening of eyesight and improper digestion. It leads to brain related problems and affect our reproductive capacity. It also leads to skin diseases and joint pain.
  Source of Fire element :  We can fulfil the need of fire element in our body by dong regular exercise, Surya Pranayam and also by taking sunbath.
                                                            Water-Jal
   Water element is present in highest proportion in the universe in comparison to all other elements. Even in our body, the proportion of water element is very high(app.70%) in comparison to other elements.
The water element is the basis of life in the universe. To control the burning and igniting power of fire element, we also require cooling power of water element. Process of joining of the one element with other element is also possible due to water. The hardest of the hardest element can be joined each other with the help of water.Have you ever imagine of making a beautiful house with sand, cement and concrete but without water? Actually due to joining quality of water, these elements can get attached with each other and create a beautiful house. Various fluids present in our body are actually different forms of water element in our body. happiness in our life is possible only due to presence of water element. Life can become very dull without the presence of water. We found unique combination of positive qualities in our life like love, affection, carefulness and soft-speaking etc and all these are possible only due to water element. Water and fire keeps unique balance and keep control of each other, not only in the universe but also in our body. The proper functioning of this universe and human life is only possible due to this.
Place of water in our body : Water element is lighter and more liquid then the earth element that's why earth is the base of the water. Water always flows downwards and it is comparatively more present from Naval to the anal region of the body.
Function : Water element is the main base for creation of blood,sperm,spit,cough,excreta and sweat, etc. Any deficiency of water element may cause many problems like dehydration, skin diseases, graying of hairs and excess thirst. With the excess of water element person can become more emotional and attached. people also feel laziness and sleepy and takes more time in making up their mind for doing difficult work. They are also more sensitive towards taste and they react hastily towards the food and eatables. With the imbalance of water element person becomes lazy. They also find difficult to perform harder work or activities. Person become rude and easily gets aggressive anxiety and find hard to get sound sleep.
Source of Water element : We can fulfill the need of water element in our body by drinking pure water, consuming vegetables, taking fruit juice and other fluids. We can also keep balance of water element by adopting natural water therapies like steam bath, tub bath, Neti, Drinking water before sunrise, etc.
